Rooms are very small for the price. Towels are shredding. Some staff do not speak English to the customers. As this is a international vacation spot they all should know English. This is Canada. Need to be more clear on the menu when translating from French to English. Beds were too hard for me but great for others.
Beautiful setting and very helpful, friendly staff who worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed and more, and we were nine people. Looking forward to returning and using more of their excellent facilities: challenging golf course, very well maintained tennis courts, with a super helpful tennis pro on site, swimming pools, a spa, and more to discover.
Like previous reviews said, the hotel ended up double charging my credit card? After confronting the desk about it they agreed to give me back my money but did try to blame it on Expedia(who I did not even book through.) Overall the hotel was nice, clean and very spacious. Aside from the double charging and the rooms having very thin walls( you could hear the people next to you using their bathroom water) the stay was nice
Stayed here for New Years 2018 with my family and it was awesome! Hotel and amenities are great. Location has some really nice views, as it sits on top of a mountain. It's about a 5min drive from Autoroute 15. Plenty of food options in Saint-Sauveur, which is a 15min drive south. The buffet on-site is on the pricey side for given options but should please everyone. The bar downstairs has average food and drink prices and options, and it's open until 11pm or 12am. Rooms were decently sized and all furniture was in good shape. We stayed in the "suite" style rooms which included a small kitchenette. Our room was on the first floor and had a walkout to a small balcony area (smoking permitted on balcony). For skiers, Sommet Gabriel is available from the resort. I would visit again.
I originally made my reservation online and specifically requested a room on the first floor as I was traveling with someone with reduced mobility. When I arrived our room was on the basement floor which required going down a flight of stairs. Thankfully the staff were willing to accommodate. Rooms were clean and had a nice view. Towels were slightly old and would have appreciated a few plates and cutlery since there was a mini kitchen in the room. Hotel grounds were nice, there were several weddings the weekend of our stay. Hotel amenities are not very accessible if reduced mobility. Happy with my stay but would not come back for the price.
