This place is incredible! The boudin and foie gras terrine were unbelievable. Clearly a lot of care and skill goes into every dish, but they pull it off without being pretentious. On top of that: the butcher shop is beautiful and the staff are super friendly.
What a terrific experience! The ambiance was extremely inviting and friendly!!! Alexandre made our culinary experience extra-special! Our meals were absolutely phenomenal....Chapeau Philippe, you truly have the recipe for success!!
Fantastic food and service. My boyfriend's mother briefly mentioned she was cold and they brought her a little blanket! Great experience.
We had very high expectations for this restaurant. The decor is cozy. Since it is summer we sat on the covered veranda. As soon as it started to rain, employees were outside closing the veranda up so we would not get wet. The service was very good. The waitress was really helpful when ordering the wine. She helped select a Spanish wine that was very good. The food was ok. I ordered the contre filet with veggies and fries. The fries were not crispy, the steak was perfectly cooked but full of fat and grizzle. Hard to chew. On the other hand the veggies were great. My husband had the boudin for an appetizer and the veal bavette as his main. He said the boudin was pretty good but the bavette was chewy.Not as good as expected. Would we go back? Not for what it cost. Our bill with wine but no dessert, tea or coffee was $139. Add $20 for the tip it was not worth it. Sorry guys.
Great food! Small, simple menu which is usually a good sign. The food was delicious and great quality. Plus they serve great local beers. I bought some ribs and pulled pork at the boucherie for home and they were also incredibly tasty! Will definitely go again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who heads that way
