Pleasant place and staff...fairly good restaurant(Amedeus)...good location...spacious rooms...good spa...fair price...
Very quiet and warm, perfect for a couple getaway, the pools and jacuzzis are really good and relaxing, near many restaurants and places to go out. overall beautiful place and village.
The app. doesnt work. Really nice place. Great pools. A bit old but overall really nice. The spa option are a nice touch too.
I just got back last night and had horrible experience. It is not HANDICAP FRIENDLY! Stairs everywhere and no help from staff at all to bring up bags from entrance, which has over 12, and their is no elevator. It was a friendly patron who helped me. When we arrived a person was smoking on the balcony, which I notified staff when we checked in. I also made sure I told them I am legally carded for cannabis and will respect hotel and use in back over 9 meters away. Later went to medicate in the back and then went to front to ask where the ice was. I returned to my room and a minute later both the front manager and hotel manager was at my door accusing me of smoking in my room. Someone complained at the front desk because I smelled, not because they saw me smoking in my room. Another note... dont intend to sleep... ir is so badly built that if anyone walks above you it will make the room shake and if in bed it feels like an earth quake. We stayed 2 days and the room above was occupied by separate people on those nights. DONT GO IT WAS AWFUL.
The rooms and some facilities feel somewhat dated but for the price and location close to Montreal I believe this is great value. The staff is helpful. On-site restaurant looks good although we never actually ate there we explored the town's restaurants which is an 8 minute drive.
